Building management, Maintenance Requests and Building Hours
Please call the Management Office at 202-454-5860 if you need services. A member of the engineering staff is available from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm.
If you have an after-hours emergency, please call Security at 202-454-5884. They will then page the engineer scheduled for after-hours service.
If there is to be a charge for the service performed, the engineer or property manager will inform you of that fact prior to the commencement of work and will ask you to sign a Tenant Work Authorization (TWA) prior to the task commencing. This procedure will also apply to routine maintenance such as replacing light bulbs not standard to the building, supplying keys and access cards, overtime HVAC charges and the installation of special services such as electrical outlets.
For tasks which require bidding, the engineer or the property manager will complete a work request that will require the signature of an authorized representative of your firm prior to soliciting quotes. Once the quotes are obtained, you will be asked to approve the work request prior to commencement of any work.
The Management Office is open 8:30 - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
Normal HVAC operating hours for the building is 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday. Saturday hours are 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
